Reset a device

Objective: Unassign consumed licenses and factory reset a Samsung Galaxy device.

Warning: This action is irreversible and deleted data is unrecoverable without a backup!

To factory reset your device from Knox Configure:

Expand your "Knox Configure" service and select "Devices"
Locate the device(s) by IMEI or Serial Number that you want to factory reset
Check all desired devices, click on "Actions" and select "Reboot or factory reset device(s)"
When prompted, select "Factory reset device(s)"
Click "Confirm"

Upon confirming, a command will be sent OTA to the designated device to perform a factory reset.
