eFax PIN

Web Fax PIN is used to access the web fax web interface. PINs must be between 6 and 10 digits in length and cannot start with 0. Please also avoid consecutive and repeating digits.

To reset Web Fax PIN as an Admin:

Navigate to Services at the top of the page
Select Resources & Utilities section on the left menu.
Click on the fax name.
On the General section, click on Reset next to the PIN.
A modal window will pop up. Enter the new PIN and re-type the new PIN in the corresponding fields.
Click Change PIN button.

To reset Web Fax PIN as an User (if you know the current PIN):

Log in to the Web Fax web interface.
Switch to the Settings section on the left menu.
The Change PIN tab will open.
Review the limitations applied to PIN numbers.
Type your current PIN, new PIN and re-type the new PIN in the corresponding fields.
Click on Save Changes button.
