Attach file in Outlook (classic)
Open Microsoft Outlook (classic) and start composing a new or reply to an existing email.
Start composing or reply to an email
- In the email message, click on the Attach button in the toolbar
- A NetDocuments dialog box will appear, allowing you to search and browse for the file you want to attach
- You can search by client, matter, or use the recent documents list to quickly find the desired document
Once you find the file in NetDocuments, click on it to select it
Click OK or Attach to add the selected NetDocuments file as an attachment to your email
After attaching the file, complete your email and click Send
This method ensures that files are securely accessed from NetDocuments and attached to your email in Outlook.
