Update PatternBuilder template
This guide walks you through the steps to update a NetDocuments PatternBuilder template. These steps are useful for making changes to headers, fields, or other components in your document templates as follows:
- Sign into NetDocuments and access the Admin dashboard
- Select Apps from the menu and click on the desired application
- Within your desired app, click on "Deactivate"
- Using Microsoft Word on your PC, click on the NetDocuments Word Add-in
- Sign in if prompted, use the drop down menu to select "Templates"
- Select the desired template from the list
- Update the template with the desired revisions
- Save the template, and upload to NetDocuments
- Close Microsoft Word
- Go back to open template within PatternBuilder, and click on "Activate"
