Workaround for opening emails
If in NetDocuments, you attempt to open an email by double clicking the email or right clicking, then clicking open, and it does not automatically open. Go to your ndOffice Activity Center,
Next go to the Activity Tab on the left side of the window
Here you will see the document or emails that you have opened from or saved to NetDocuments, and the email attempted to open should be there as well. Clicking the email will open it in whichever app you wish to open it in.
