Clear the OneDrive Cache
Objective: Clear the OneDrive cache files to potentially eliminate sync issues.
How to Clear the OneDrive Cache Files

Close OneDrive by doing the following:
- Right click on the OneDrive icon in the taskbar (it may be hidden behind the carrot icon)
- In the pop-up that appears, click the gear icon at the top right
- Click "Quit OneDrive" (it may be hidden under the "Pause syncing" button)
- Confirm by also clicking "Quit OneDrive" in the dialog
- Press the Windows key and the 'R' key simultaneously to open the Windows Run dialog
- In the dialog, type "%localappdata%" (without quotes) and click "Ok"
- In the File Explorer window that appears, navigate to Microsoft > OneDrive
- Right click on the "cache" folder if it is there and click "Delete"
- Reopen OneDrive so it can resume running in the background
